James Conner

James Conner, MPA serves as the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation’s Chief Grants Officer.  James has over a decade of experience working with non-profit organizations and grant-making agencies. Before joining the Foundation, he spent seven years at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on strategic planning, grant program evaluation, and oversight of grants. James received his Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from Western Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration from American University.
