Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith, MNA, is the Program Manager of Communications, Scholarships, & Grants at the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation in Boca Raton, Florida. Before joining PFCF, Caroline was in the finance division at Gartner Inc., focusing on digital transformation and strategic planning.

Caroline earned a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, with minors in Public Relations and Advertising.

As the Miss Palm Beach County 2023 Award recipient, Caroline has been deeply involved in community relations, dedicating her time to coaching Girls on the Run and actively participating in the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches and the Junior League of Boca Raton. She also serves on the Boards of the Notre Dame Club of Boca Raton and the Florida Domers.
